l+H, ludlow castle, shropshire - august 2018

For Lydia and Harry we created a Modern Pre-Raphaelite inspired wedding design. The stunning ruins of historic Ludlow Castle were the backdrop for their special day and inspired much of the styling.
We created a look and feel for the day that was pure, unfussy modern romance. The colour palette of peach, pinks and rich greens perfectly complimented the original stone of the round chapel where our couple exchanged beautiful vows.
Pretty, locally grown seasonal flowers by Wild Magnolia, and ivory & forest green stationery with a bespoke monogram adorned the tables in the magical yurt for dinner and drinks.

amazing day

“Martha provided creative guidance, sensible insight and reassuring support to help us with the planning and styling of our wedding. We knew we wanted it to be an amazing day, but had no idea what that actually meant or how to make it happen! And that’s where Martha stepped in: she translated all our ideas, preferences and priorities into a coherent concept, which helped us to make important decisions around food, decor, colours, bridesmaids/groomsmen clothing etc. Martha has an eye for detail and without doubt is a perfectionist, so was able to enhance our decision making and encouraged us to consider things we hadn’t previously thought of. “
