Partial planning pairs really well with our artistic wedding design & styling offering, which can also be booked as a stand alone service. For couples who prioritise stunning aesthetics and a considered multi-sensory experience. Our extensive wedding design treatment has evolved from Martha’s background in fine art, design and fashion, combined with experience styling over 70 aesthetically beautiful and unique events for our clients.

The Process

Where the planning begins

Our first task is to assess where you are with your wedding planning, identify any hurdles, and get a deeper understanding of your vision and couple’s story. We’ll do this through a comprehensive consultation process. Gaining insight into your world allows us to build on your foundations, and create a bespoke wedding experience that reflects your style, passions and preferences.

We’ll want to delve into your budget spend and allocations to date. At this point we’ll also create a tailored checklist for the remaining planning phases.

Wedding design & styling

If you opt for our bespoke design service we will partner with you to bring your vision to life; crafting the 360 experience of your wedding celebrations with intention and artistry. Our extensive Style Guide will encapsulate the essence of your wedding story, and lay out each phase of your event in considered detail.  Every element, every guest interaction is thoughtfully refined. Balancing divine aesthetics, with an atmosphere rich with sensoriness.

Depending on what stage you are at, we connect with and brief any existing suppliers, and/or build out your team of talented vendor partners.

Planning, logistics & management

As soon as we come on board we’ll apply calm, thoughtful, and experience-led planning practices that are the foundation for transforming your wedding from concept to reality. We’ll review and refine what you’ve achieved to date, make recommendations, and guide you on all remaining plans.

Schedule building, production planning, and comprehensive logistics management are key to a flawless and relaxed wedding experience. We go through everything in finite detail and manage all communication and operations on your behalf, so that you can devote yourself to the top level decisions, and enjoy this process with your partner.

From when you first arrive, to the last guest leaving, we’re here to ensure your wedding unfolds exactly as we planned it. Our skilled creative direction and meticulous execution mean you can fully immerse yourself in your celebrations and be present with your nearest and dearest. Our job is to deliver a wedding that surpasses all your expectations, creating enduring joyful memories.

For a design only service, we will manage all the set up and styling required to transform your venue. Creating a sumptuous sensory experience for you and your guests. We will also oversee post event tear down and decor collections.

Partial Wedding Planning, Design & Styling typically begins from £7,500. Stand alone Design & Styling services start from £5000. Subject to a recommended minimum budget spend.
